Order & Shipping Process

  • Original Paintings

    Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and 100% hand-painted artworks, personally signed on the front and back. Find your favorite in the shop!

  • Commissions

    I can paint your favourite human, pet, nature scene, memory or just a particular photo you connect with, especially for you :)

  • Giclée Reproduction

    Giclée artworks are high-quality art reproductions on watercolor paper. Each giclée is part of a limited-edition to and will be personally signed and numbered by me.

  • Dibond Reproduction

    Dibondsare high-quality art reproductions on a metal surface. Each dibond is part of a limited-edition to and will be personally signed and numbered by me.

  • Sustainability & Shipping Time

    Each original painting and limited-edition fine art print (Dibond and giclée) is custom and/or printed on order, which means that manufacturing starts once an order is received. Because of this sustainable procedure, it usually takes 3-10 working days before the package is shipped.

  • Quality Check

    After I receive the print, I will carefully check it, pack it safely and your package will be shipped as soon as possible!

  • Secured Shipment

    Your painting will be registered which prevents the package to be lost. After shipment, you will receive a track & trace code so you can follow the journey of your new painting, from me to you :)

  • Shipping Costs

    Shipment is free for orders over €99 ($112, or £85) in Europe, and worldwide when you buy 2 or more artworks. Standard shipping costs are based on your location, which you can find and calculate at the shopping cart facility. For dibonds, the shipping costs are usually between (between €8 (£7, or $9) and €29 (£24, or $32)). The standard shipping costs are never more than €50 ($56, or £43). Note that the payment of any import customs charges, duties and taxes, whether local or international, are the responsibility of the customer. Currently, these taxes seem to be free for art :)

  • Estimated Delivery Times

    After your package is shipped, the estimated delivery time varies based on your location and possible special circumstances (such as local holidays and custom clearances). Usually, delivery takes between 3-14 days after shipment. For some countries, this process can take up to 25 business days.

  • Returns & Refunds

    Since each original painting or limited-edition fine art print is custom and/or made by order, I do not accept returns or refunds at the moment. If something went wrong (such as a lost or damaged package), please contact me to provide details of the product and the damage. I will happily help you from there and we will find a fitting solution :)

  • Commissions (Custom Art)

    Would you like a custom painting? How lovely :) I'm happy to do that for you! Portraits are available from €350,- ($396 or £300). The average process of creation and delivery time takes 2 to 6 weeks on average.
